The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Udmurt Republic dated July 14, 2005 No. 47-РЗ “On Establishing the Borders of Municipalities and Giving the Municipalities with the Appropriate Status on the Territory of the Malopurginsky District of the Udmurt Republic” [4] .
