In October 2014, he extended the contract with Kan until 2018 [1] . Kante’s game in the 2014/15 season was a revelation, and former footballer Frank Sylvester called on him to be called up to the French national team and called him a soccer player who would be better than Claude Makelele [2] . At the end of the season, N'Golo became one of the best players from the five major European championships for successful selections: an average of 5.3 selections per match.
On August 3, 2015, Kante joined the English club Leicester City for 8 million euros and signed a contract until 2019 [3] [4] . In May 2016, Leicester sensationally became the champion of England, and Kante, along with Jamie Vardi , Casper Schmeichel and Riyadh Mahrez, was the unconditional leader of the team and one of its most important players (according to the results of the season, the Frenchman was recognized as the player of the year in the team).
July 16, 2016 moved to Chelsea for 32 million pounds. The contract is signed for a period of 5 years. After signing the contract, the player said: “I am very happy to become a player in one of the best European clubs, my dream has come true. The opportunity to work with Antonio Conte and some of the best football players in the world was too good to refuse it. ” In the first season, as part of the London team, Kante won the championship for the second time in a row, and was recognized as the best player in the championship according to the version of football players and sports journalists. The next season was less successful for Chelsea, however, according to its results, Kante was recognized as the best player of the team.
