The mark of admission to the participle , Abendmalspfennig ( German: Abendmahlspfennig , German. Abendmahlpfennig , German. Kommunionsmünze ) - a token that is a sign of admission of the parishioner to the sacrament of the sacrament . First introduced in 1561 by Jean Calvin . Subsequently it became widespread mainly in the Calvinist church communities of Switzerland , France , Scotland , the USA and Canada [1] [2] .
On the counter depicted bowl and prosphora . They were released from lead , tin , rarely from bronze [2] [1] .
