Biography
Born July 16, 1903 in Kostroma .
In September 1919 - May 1920 office clerk of the 8th district of the Kostroma district police. Since August 1920, the Red Army soldier of the Kostroma Territorial Regiment; since October 1920, the Red Army soldier of the water police of the VOKhR troops in Yaroslavl ; demobilized in August 1921. From October 1921, the controller for checking and repairing water meters at the Kostroma water supply electrical station, and since December 1921, a freed member of the plant’s plant committee. Since November 1925, instructor of the Kostroma Provincial Council of Trade Unions. Since October 1926, in the Kostroma provincial labor department, head of the tariff-conflict department, since 1927 a consultant.
In September 1928 - July 1931 student of the faculty of Soviet construction of the Leningrad Institute of Soviet construction and law ; economist. Since July 1931, economist in industry and transport in the planning sector of the Ural Regional Labor Department ( Sverdlovsk ). From March 1932, he was a teacher of social and economic sciences at the Ural Institute of Mechanical Engineering , and simultaneously from January 1934, he was deputy head of the educational department of the institute. From July 1934, he was a teacher of economic sciences at the Ural Industrial Institute , from June 1939 to February 1940. Associate Professor at the Department of Economics of Mechanical Engineering. At the same time at the Ural Industrial Institute in July 1934 - July 1935, September 1936 - August 1937. Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, since December 1938 the head of the methodological sector of the institute, deputy chief editor of the institute's works. At the same time in 1935-1938. graduate student of the Department of Economics of Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Economics, Leningrad Industrial Institute . December 21, 1938 at the Leningrad Industrial Institute, he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences on the topic: "Problems of excavation engineering of the USSR." In 1939 he was approved in the academic rank of assistant professor.
Since February 1940, head of the industrial department of the Sverdlovsk city committee of the CPSU (b). Since March 1941, secretary for mechanical engineering; since June 1942, third secretary of the Sverdlovsk city committee of the CPSU (b). In April 1945 - February 1949 second secretary of the Sverdlovsk city committee of the CPSU (b).
Since June 1949, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Associate Professor, Department of Economic Geography, Ural State University . Since January 1951, an assistant professor of the Department of Marxism-Leninism and the head of the Sverdlovsk training and advisory center of the All-Union Correspondence Financial Institute. Since August 1953, at the Department of Economics of Mechanical Engineering (Economics and Organization of Engineering Enterprises) at the Ural Polytechnic Institute , associate professor, and since September 1955, head of the department. In 1961, Mr .. approved in the academic title of professor. At the same time, since 1960, a member of the commission of the State Planning Commission of the RSFSR on developing prospects for the development of the national economy of the Urals; since January 1962, member of the Council for the Coordination and Planning of the Work of the Central Urals State Economic Council; since October 1963, an honorary member of the All-Union Scientific and Technical Society of Engineering Industry.
Suddenly died on October 9, 1968 in Sverdlovsk. He was buried at the Shirokorechensky cemetery in Yekaterinburg.

- Certificate of honor of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR for many years of fruitful research and educational activities and in connection with the 60th anniversary of his birth (1963).
