Barbary

Barbary is a type of Iranian tortilla. Very popular in Iran and Azerbaijan. According to Ali Akbar Dekhkhody , this bread was borrowed by the Persians from the Hazaras . Typically, a cake has a length of 70-80 cm and a width of 25-30 cm. The bread has a flat oval shape and is the thickest of all varieties of cakes. Barbary has a porous pulp and a golden crust. Sprinkled with sesame seeds on top.
