  Shooting

In January 2013, the International Sport Shooting Federation adopted new competition rules for 2013–2016, which, in particular, changed the order of the finals. In many disciplines, athletes who have reached the final now begin a decisive round without points scored in the qualification, and the final passes through the elimination system. Also in the finals after each round of shooting an athlete with the lowest score will be eliminated from further combat. In a high-speed pistol, the decisive fights take place according to the system hit-miss. In the bench shooting, a semifinal round was added, where two participants of the final match and the match for the third place are determined [3] .

  Archery

In the qualification of the competition, archers perform 12 series of shots of 6 arrows each from a distance of 70 meters. According to the results of the preliminary round, a grid of play-offs is drawn up, where in the 1/32 finals the 1st sowing number meets with the 64th, the 2nd with the 63rd, etc. Athletes perform three shots in knockout fights. A participant who has scored more points for this series will receive 2 points. If both archers have scored the same number of points, then they get one point each. The winner of the pair is the archer, the first to score 6 points.
