Stargate Atlantis. Season 2

The premiere of the second season took place in the USA on July 15, 2005 , and it continues the story from the moment where the first season ended. Atlantis managed to avoid the destruction of the city by the rafts, but made them believe that the station was actually destroyed, and the expedition members also managed to establish unsystematic contact with the Earth thanks to the new linear cruiser of the Earth - Daedalus and the new MNT . Shepard gets promoted to lieutenant colonel, and former fugitive Ronon Dex replaces Lieutenant Ford's place on the team.

Season 1Season 3

This season's storyline is based on Dr. Beckett ’s research to create a retrovirus capable of turning rafts back into humans. Although the first experiments with the unfinished virus lead to a deplorable result with a girl-raff and almost end with the transformation of Shepard into the Iratus bug, studies of the improved version lead to mixed results with Michael's raff. The season ends again with an “ambiguous ending” when the reef fleet begins its flight to Earth.
