History

The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Nizhny Novgorod Region No. 60-Z of June 15, 2004 “On the Allocation of Municipalities - Cities, Workers' Villages and Village Councils of the Nizhny Novgorod Region with the Status of Urban, Rural Settlement” [3] .

By the Law of the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated August 28, 2009 No. 138-З [4], the rural settlements of the Bolshearatsky Village Council, the Kakinsky Village Council and the Moiseevsky Village Council are united in the rural settlement of the Bolshearatsky Village Council .
