Biography
Born December 20, 1920 in a peasant family in the village of Khokhol-Trostyanka, Ostrogozhsky district, Voronezh province. He began his career in 1940. He worked as an ordinary collective farmer. He was elected chairman of the collective farm "Red Hero" Ostrogozhsky district. In 1956 he graduated from the Usman Agricultural College.
In 1948 he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor for a high grain harvest. Worked on the collective farm "Red Hero" until his death in 1977.
