History
The school is located on a street named in memory of the writer Alexei Maximovich Gorky .
In the early 70s of the XX century, in the context of a growing microdistrict, a decision was made to build a school, and in August 1973 the school building was commissioned.
The birthday of the school was September 1, 1973.
The school operates in a typical building with 960 seats. The school has 35 classrooms, 4 training workshops, an assembly hall with 200 seats, a large sports hall and a small sports hall, a modern shooting range, and a sports ground. On the second floor of the school are located: a computer class, a dance hall, a library and a reading room with a total fund of more than 23 thousand copies, of which 2500 are textbooks, medical and dental rooms.
The school made its first graduation in 1975.
School life is not limited to just studies. The school has developed student self-government, which is divided into four committees: "Residence", "Care and Labor", "Leisure and Communication", "Press Center". The “Residence” Committee is represented by the Fifti-Fifti leader squad. The branch "Care and Labor" is engaged in the improvement of the city, participates in the city campaign "I love the Mound!". The Leisure and Communication Committee conducts traditional events at the school: “Day of Knowledge”, “Dedication to 10th graders”, “Autumn Holidays”, “Children's Creativity Festival”, “Student of the Year”, “Dad, Mom, I - a Sports Family”. “Come on, guys,” “Last Call,” “Graduation Party.” Classes in the circle “Young Patriots Movement” help the children become real citizens of Russia.
In 1975-2014, 25 people graduated from the school with a gold medal , 63 people graduated with a silver medal.

Museum V.V. Kuibyshev
On April 24, 1975, the museum of V.V. Kuibyshev . The museum established correspondence with Elena Vladimirovna Kuybysheva (July 7, 1892 - May 7, 1990), the sister of a revolutionary and the crew of the ship "Valerian Kuybyshev" [2] . In post-Soviet times, the museum is closed.
