Isaiah Canaan ( born Isaiah Canaan ; born May 21, 1991 in Biloxi , Mississippi ) is an American professional basketball player who plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves NBA team. He was selected at number 34 in the 2013 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets team.

Content
Professional career
Houston Rockets (2013–2015)
Canaan was selected under the general 24th number in the 2013 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets team [1] . On July 15, 2013, he signed a newbie contract with Rockets [2] . During the first season in the NBA, he also played in the D-League for the Rio Grande Valley Vipers [3] .
On February 3, 2014, Canaan was called in for the D-League all-star game [4] .
On November 26, 2014, Kanaan scored a record 24 points for himself, hitting 9 of 16 shots, in a victorious match against the Sacramento Kings [5] . Two days later, Canaan ended the game prematurely against Los Angeles Clippers due to a sprained left ankle. As a result of the injury, he was forced to go into a special shoe and use crutches for several weeks. On January 11, he was again transferred to the Rio Grande Valley Vipers to gain playing tone [6] . On January 26, he was recalled back to the Houston Rockets camp.
Philadelphia Sevents Sixers (2015—2016)
On February 9, 2015, Canaan was sold along with a choice in the 2nd round of the draft pick in 2015 to the team “ Philadelphia Sevents Sixers ” in exchange for KJ McDaniels [7] . Three days later he made his debut for Philadelphia, coming out in the starting lineup as a point guard in a match against the Orlando Magic [8] . On May 4, 2015, he updated his performance record, scoring 31 points and eight three-pointers in a match lost in overtime against the Oklahoma City Thunder [9] .
Chicago Bulls (2016–2017)
On July 20, 2016, he signed a contract with the Chicago Bulls. In 2016-17, Canaan appeared in 39 games and averaged 4.6 points, 1.3 rebounds, 0.9 assists and 0.56 thefts in 15.2 minutes per game. He scored 0.364 from the field, 0.266 from the three-point range and 0.909 from the free-throw line. On April 23, 2017, Canaan made his first postseasonal appearance in the season with the Boston Celtics and recorded his first career playoff on April 26, June 30, 2017 he was dismissed from the Bulls.
Season 2017—2018
On September 24, 2017, he signed a contract with the Oklahoma City Thunder. He was expelled from Thunder on October 14 after appearing in three pre-season games. On October 24, 2017, Canaan signed a contract with Houston Rockets. After just one game for the Rockets, Kanaan was dismissed from the team after 4 days. Canaan then signs with Agua Caliente Clippers in early 2017 (although he will never play for Clippers) until he is exchanged in the Northern Arizona Suns. Soon he signs a contract with the Phoenix Suns. He made his debut for Suns on December 16 and December 23, he signs a contract with Suns until the end of the season. On January 31, 2018, Canaan was injured. He broke his left ankle in a game against the Mavericks. Soon on February 8, he was expelled from Sanz. Although he was expelled, his remaining salary was guaranteed for the remainder of the season, and he was allowed to use team funds for rehabilitation and rehabilitation.
