SpiceJet is an Indian low cost airline . It makes local and international flights. As of March 2019, in addition to domestic flights, the company operates flights to Afghanistan , Bangladesh , Hong Kong , Thailand , Sri Lanka , Oman and the Maldives [1] .

In May 2018, SpiceJet accounted for 12.3% of India's domestic passenger traffic (1.5 million passengers) [2] . In November 2018 - 12.5% (1.45 million passengers) [3] .
Incidents
On November 7, 2014, during a take-off at Delhi International Airport, a Boeing 737 crashed into a buffalo [4] . No harm done.
