Possible relocation

In July 2016, the doping scandal connected with Russia reached its peak in world sports. On this basis, the IOC decided to ask all international winter sports federations to prohibit Russian athletes from competing. It was also expressed a desire to freeze preparations for all major tournaments in Russia: world championships, World Cup stages and others, and actively seek other organizers [4] .

ISU decided to hold a meeting of the organization’s council on issues of the WADA report and further decisions on September 9–11 [5] .

Two tournaments can change the venue and time. This is the fourth stage of the junior stage of the Grand Prix in Saransk and the third stage of the Grand Prix in Moscow.

In the future, the ISU showed silence and the Russian skaters will continue to take part in the competitions. The Junior Grand Prix was held in Saransk, and the Russian capital is preparing to host the Grand Prix stage [6] . Later he went there.
