For the 2016 season, the team management decided to invite young and promising riders ( Eric Baska , Michael Gogl and Adam Blythe ) and also guarded the cycling champion of Russia 2015 Yuri Trofimov and the experienced winner of the stage at the Giro d'Italia 2011 Oscar Gatto .
