Archery competitions at the 2016 Summer Olympics were held from 5 to 12 August. 128 athletes will compete for four sets of awards (2 for men and women). Competitions will be held on the territory of Sambodroma . Archery competitions are the only ones that take place on the day of the opening ceremony of the Games in Rio.
