Novinsky rural district - the abolished administrative-territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky district of the Moscow region in 1994-2006.

Novinsky Village Council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1919, he was part of the Zaponorsky volost of the Bogorodsky district of Moscow province .
January 5, 1921 Zaponorskaya volost was transferred to Orekhovo-Zuevsky district .
On November 4, 1925, the Radovanyevsky Village Council was separated from Novinsky s / s.
In 1926, the Glebovsky s / s was separated from Novinsky s / s, but already in 1927 it was included in its composition back [2] .
In 1926, Novinsky s / s included the village of New , as well as barracks at Kurovsky and Novinsky peat mining [3] .
In 1929, the Novinsky Village Council became part of the Kurovsky District of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky District of the Moscow Region. At the same time, Zaprudnensky and Smolevsky s / s were attached to it.
On February 7, 1944, the village of Radovanie of the abolished Radovanyevsky s / s was annexed to the Novinsky s / s.
On September 1, 1955, the villages Zaponorye , Nenilovo and Radovanie were transferred from Davydovsky s / s to Novinsky.
June 3, 1959 Kurovsky district was abolished and Novinsky s / s entered the Orekhovo-Zuevsky district.
On August 20, 1960, the Zavolensky Village Council was attached to the Novinsky s / s. At the same time, the village of Zagryazhskaya was transferred from the Yazvischensky s / s to Novinsky, and the village of Radovanie from Novinsky to Yazvishchensky.
On February 1, 1963, the Orekhovo-Zuevsky district was abolished and the Novinsky s / s entered the Orekhovo-Zuevsky rural area .
On April 27, 1963, the village of Zaponorye was transferred from Novinsky s / s to Davydovsky, and the territory of the Belivsky peat enterprise was transferred to Dorokhovsky s / s .
January 11, 1965 Novinsky s / s was returned to the restored Orekhovo-Zuevsky district.
February 3, 1994 Novinsky s / s was transformed into the Novinsky rural district .
On April 8, 2004, the Yazvishchensky rural district was attached to Novinsky s / o [4] .
During the municipal reform of 2004-2005, the Novinsky rural district ceased to exist as a municipal unit. Moreover, all of its settlements were transferred to the rural settlement of Novinsky [5] .
November 29, 2006 Novinsky rural district is excluded from the accounting data of the administrative-territorial and territorial units of the Moscow region [6] .
