Soon after returning to Earth, SG-1 learns that one of the replicators from the ship shot down in the previous episode survived and ended up on Project 641 Russian submarine B-4 (NATO's “Foxtrot” classification). O'Neill and Til'k must destroy all the replicated replicators there , while Carter goes with Thor to his home planet in order to find a way to stop the replicator -controlled ship that flies to the main planet of Azgard .

4.02The Other Side
A distress call came from the SGC from another planet. The SG-1 team went to the aid of their brothers and found themselves in a well-fortified bunker. The inhabitants of the bunker, having found themselves on the verge of extinction due to years of war, offered SG-1 their technologies in exchange for the help of earthlings. But the more SG-1 recognized potential allies, the more doubts arose whether they were victims or aggressors?

Tok'ra scholars have suggested the SG-1 test the devices created by the Atonieks, an ancient race of Doga'uld times. Devices many times increased the strength and dexterity of their owners. Armed with the newly minted device, Jack , Daniel , Samantha and Til'k went on the next mission.

One SGC member loses control and tries to kill Tok'ra council members . It turns out that this is the action of the new Goa'uld technology, under the influence of which a person is now programmed to kill. Each employee of the complex must undergo a special check.

4.06Window of Opportunity

Soon, however, the Russian military turned to their American colleagues for help to clarify the circumstances of the tragedy at a secret military base in Siberia . SG-1 and their accompanying doctor Svetlana Markova go to the base, where they discover a strange life form.

During an archaeological expedition to a planet that is apparently the ancestral home of the Goa'ulds , Daniel ends up in detention and must use all his skills to survive. Trying to find it, SG-1 faces unexpected difficulties, finding that local lakes are literally teeming with living Goa'ulds in the wild.

In the next mission, Colonel O'Neill’s team falls into the center of the conflict between two civilizations wishing to colonize the same planet. The population living there is on the verge of extinction - a huge ship is engaged in terraforming , burning out the entire biosphere existing on the planet.

The memory of the SG-1 command has been erased. They are used as labor in an underground plant on an ice planet. But on Til'ka the methods of the inhabitants of the planet do not work. Jack and the others gradually recall the past.

Due to the strange death of his teacher, Daniel returns to his academic past. Examining an artifact called the “Canopis of Isis,” which Egyptologists could deal with, Dr. Fraser discovers a dead symbiont-goa'uld. The find makes Daniel think that such a symbiont could be freed from a similar "canopy of Osiris." All the evidence is against Stephen, but the truth is completely different.
