The lower street is a street in the city of Zelenogorsk in the Kurortny district of St. Petersburg . It runs from the Primorsky highway to the resort street .

Originally called Alakatu , which is translated from Finnish as Lower Street . This geonim appeared in the 1920s and is connected with the fact that the street is ideo down from the Litorinovy scarp .
The current name appeared after the war as the Russian equivalent of the Finnish [1] .
