The name appeared in the postwar period [1] . On the geodetic map of the second half of the 1980s, the final 130-meter section adjacent to Razezhei street is called Sosnovy Lane, while the existing Sosnovy Lane is nameless there [2] . The same situation is found on modern maps (for example, on Yandex.Maps until 2014).
House number 7, listed on Sosnovaya Street, was built before 1917. He was recognized as emergency, resettled and demolished in the period from 2010 to 2013. Currently, a residential house is being built in its place [3] .
