Description

Endoparasites of insects. The body length of the females is 8.5-14 × 5 mm, the length of the fore wing is 5.6-5.9 mm, and the length of the ovipositor is 10.5-14.8 mm. Flagellum of females 28-segmented. It differs from closely related species in the following features: the upper part of the head and pronotum are transversely furrowed, the pterostigma is relatively short and wide, the hind femora with 3 large ventral teeth. The main body color is brownish-black (legs are lighter). Head and 3rd tergite with yellowish markings. The neck is notched in front, with small grooves; the posterior part of the pronotum merges gradually with the remaining part of the pronotum; narrow metapleuron; vein 2-SR and 2-SR + M of front wing absent; vein 2-CU1 of the anterior wing not fully reduced; hind tibia flattened in basal part; hind tarsi of females 3-segmented [1] [2] [3] .
