Description
Endoparasites of insects. The body length of females is 11.0-15.8 mm, the length of the front wing is 6.0-8.2 mm. It differs from closely related species by the following features: the posterior thighs with 2 large ventral yellowish teeth; crown with transverse striation; pronotum is yellowish brown; pterostigma narrow and long. The main body color is brownish black (legs are lighter). Head and 3rd tergite with yellowish markings. Neck front vyemchataya, with small grooves; posterior pronotal gradual merges with remaining part of pronotum; metaplevron is narrow; vein 2-SR and 2-SR + M of the front wing absent; front wing vein 2-CU1 not fully reduced; hind tibiae flattened in the basal part; hind legs of females 3-segmented [1] [2] [3] .
