Biography
Career
Shira Denise was born in Hartsdale , a suburb of New York . Her acting career began in 1976 with a role in the series Once Upon a Time . She starred in films and television shows broadcast on television: Serpico , Baretta , Three are Company , Kojak , Family , Spouses Hart , Starsky and Hutch and Charlie's Angels . One of her works in films released on the big screen was the role of the prostitute Vicki in Risky Business (1983).
Shira Denise starred in six episodes of the television series “ Colombo ”: “Fatal Shot” (No. 38), “Poison from the Taster” (No. 42), “Genius and Villainy” (No. 50), “Colombo and the Killing of a Rock Star” (No. 58), “Masquerade” (No. 64) and “The Law of Colombo” (No. 66) [3] . Shira Denise met Peter Falk on the set of Colombo . They married on December 7, 1977 and lived together for almost 34 years. For Falk, this was the second marriage. The famous actor died June 23, 2011 in his home in Beverly Hills . He was 83 years old.
For many years, Shira had a very strained relationship with Katherine, which Peter Falk adopted in a marriage with Alice Mayo, his first wife. According to Radar Online , Falk was somewhat distanced from Katherine, because he suspected that she would dispute his will, so he included a clause in the text that Katherine would lose his inheritance if she in any way declared her disagreement with the conditions of the will. At the same time, Falk’s relationship with Jackie, another adopted daughter, was strong and imbued with love [4] .
