Career

Trained in Irkutsk , coaches - A. S. Dekhanov and S. V. Tesleva .

The main achievements in Konstantin Lebedko’s junior career are: silver at the 2003 and 2004 world championships, as well as bronze at the 2000 Russian championship, gold at the 2003 Russian championship, and silver at the 2004 Russian championship.

In 2006, Konstantin became the vice champion, and in 2007 the champion of Russia in the category up to 100 kg.

At the 2007 World Cup, Lebedko became the second. In 2009, he becomes the world champion. In 2010 - again the second place. In 2011, Konstantin became the champion of Russia with a national record [1] and the vice-world champion in the category up to 105 kg [2] .

From the 2012 World Cup, he again brings the silver award, losing to the winner only because of his greater personal weight. At the same time, both Lebedko and Anibal Coimbra from Luxembourg completed the competition with a world record of 1047.5 kg.

Bronze medalist at the 2013 World Heavyweight Championships. And at the World Cup again becomes the second.

In 2014, Konstantin won the gold of the national championship and the bronze of the world championship [3] .

By order of the Minister of Sports dated July 20, 2015 No. 95-ng Konstantin Lebedko was awarded the honorary title “ Honored Master of Sports of Russia ” [4] .
