Prince Peter Fedorovich Nogovitsa Motley Zasekin (d. 1537 ) is a Russian voivode from the Zasekin family (Yaroslavl line of the Rurikovich ).

Member of the Russian-Lithuanian war of 1534-1537 . In 1536, as the first governor, he headed the garrison of the newly-built Sebezh fortress. When the 20-thousandth Polish-Lithuanian army approached the fortress, led by Andrei Nemirovich and Yan Glebovich , Zasekin skillfully acted during the siege of Sebezh , which ended with a sortie of the garrison and the defeat of the besiegers on the thin ice of Lake Sebezh . In honor of this event, Elena Glinskaya ordered the construction of the Trinity Cathedral in Sebezh.
The following year , Peter Fedorovich Zasekin died in a clash with Kazan Tatars near Kostroma . Not having gathered enough military people, the governors hurried to join the battle and failed [1] .
