The son of Admiral Oscar Viktorovich Stark . A descendant of the Scottish Highlanders (Gorsky) clan Robertson (Sept Stark).

Biography
- 1894 - Entered the service.
- 1897 - Graduated from the Naval Cadet Corps .
- September 15, 1897 - midshipman (VP number 148).
- 1898-1902 - in foreign voyage on ships of the Pacific Ocean Squadron.
- April 14, 1902 - Lieutenant (VP number 400).
- 1903–1904 - in foreign voyage on the cruiser " Dmitry Donskoy ".
- June 11, 1907 - senior lieutenant (pr. FMV number 132).
- 1907-1908 - The commander of the destroyer " ardent ".
- August 27, 1908 - Senior Officer of the mine-raiser " Yenisei ".
- April 26, 1910 - Commander of the destroyer " prominent ".
- March 25, 1912 - Captain 2nd Rank (VP number 1100).
- April 22, 1913 - commander of the transport "Riga".
- September 8, 1914 - commander of the destroyer "Don Cossack" [1] .
- June 6, 1916 - Captain 1st Rank (VP number 1660).
- November 16, 1916 - Head of the 1st Battalion of the Baltic Sea.
- November 6, 1917 - commander of the Bayan cruiser. Suspended team before the Ice Campaign .
- April 30, 1918 - dismissed.
He died on November 11, 1922 in Helsinki , and was buried at the Ilinsky Orthodox cemetery in Helsinki in the area [2] .
