Initially, from the 1920s, the street bore a different name - Tikankatu . From Finnish it is translated as Dyatlovaya street . It included a road that leads to the Zelenogorsk military recreation center (Primorskoye Shosse, 520) [1] . However, on the geodetic map of the late 1970s - early 1980s, Pioneer Street was the road to the holiday home, and the current Pionerskaya Street highway was Pionersky Lane [2] .
After the war, the street was renamed Pionerskaya - in honor of the All-Union Pioneer Organization .
On December 31, 2008, the eastern section of the street [1] was abolished, since this section passes through two formed land plots [3] .
Currently, at the entrance to Pionerskaya street from the Primorsky highway there is a sign "No entry" [4] .
