The name of the 4th Beach Street , as well as the neighboring ones ( Beach , Beach 1, Beach 2, Beach 3 and abolished Beach 3) appeared in the post-war years. It is due to the fact that the streets pass near the beach on the shores of the Gulf of Finland [1] .
