Belavinsky Village Council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1923, he was part of the Krasnovsky volost of the Yegoryevsky district of Moscow province .

In 1925, the Khalturinsky village council was attached to the Belavinsky s / s, but already on November 16, 1926, it was allotted back [1] .

In 1926, Belavinsky s / s included the villages of Belavino and Khalturino [2] .

In 1929, the Belavinsky Village Council became part of the Shatursky District of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky District of the Moscow Region.

July 10, 1933 Shatursky district was abolished and Belavinsky s / s entered the Orekhovo-Zuevsky district.

March 22, 1934 to the Belavinsky s / s was joined Khalturinsky s / s.

July 17, 1939 Arininsky (villages Aksyonovo and Arinino ) and Vasyutinsky (villages Vasyutino , Sofryakovo and Chukaevo ) were added to Belavinsky s / s.

On June 14, 1954, the Dorofeevsky s / s was attached to the Belavinsky s / s .

On November 5, 1959, the villages of Gribchikha , Novonikolaevka and Savinskaya were transferred from Yakovlevsky s / s to Belavinsky.

On February 1, 1963, the Orekhovo-Zuevsky district was abolished and the Belavinsky s / s entered the Orekhovo-Zuevsky rural area . January 11, 1965 Belavinsky s / s was returned to the restored Orekhovo-Zuevsky district.

On May 21, 1965, the villages of Vlasovo , Timonino , Fedotovo , Shchetinino , Yakovlevo and the village of Yakovlevsky Forestry were transferred from Gubinsky s / s to Belavinsky. At the same time, the center of Belavinsky s / s was moved to the village of Savinskaya.

February 3, 1994 Belavinsky s / s was transformed into Belavinsky rural district .

On April 8, 2004, Gubinsky s / o was annexed to Belavinsky s / o . [3] .

During the municipal reform of 2004-2005, the Belavinsky rural district ceased to exist as a municipal unit. Moreover, all its settlements were transferred to the rural settlement of Belavinsky [4] .

November 29, 2006 Belavinsky rural district was excluded from the accounting data of the administrative-territorial and territorial units of the Moscow region [5] .
