The Museum’s work is carried out to implement the state program “Foreign Ukraine”, approved by decree of the President of Ukraine of September 24, 2001 No. 892/2001 [1] [2] . The purpose of creating such a museum was to collect and exhibit for the general public the works of Ukrainian artists who, for one reason or another, live abroad.
