Foundation of a company
Horacio Anasagasti Born July 18, 1879 in Buenos Aires, into a rich family of Basque descent [2] .
At the age of 23, he graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and received an engineering degree. Professor Anasagasti was a famous engineer in Argentina Otto Krause [3] . In 1907 he went on an internship at the Izotta-Fraschini plant in Milan [1] . Anasagasti was friends with the pioneers of Argentine aviation - Jorge Newbery and Aaron Anchorena , and was one of the founders of the Argentine Aero Club [3] .
Upon returning home, together with Ricardo Trevers and José Galves, he opens a company that sells Izotta-Frascini, Gregoire and Gobron-Brille in Argentina [1] .
In addition to cars, they also engaged in the sale of spare parts, accessories and equipment. They also started manufacturing parts made of brass and aluminum, hiring 10 people for this work [1] .
The company observed an 8-hour working day [3] .
The First World War and the competition from cheap "tins" Ford knocked down the company [3] , and in 1915 it was closed.
