Biography
Born in the village of Saltykovo, Saltykovsky district (since 1958, part of the Zemetchinsky district ) of the Penza region .
In 1965 he graduated from the Rostov Art College named after M. B. Grekov . He played in the theaters of Novocherkassk and Vologda, in the drama theater of the Red Banner Northern Fleet in Murmansk, in the Ryazan Youth Theater.
From 1975 until the end of his life he served in the Nikolaev Russian Drama Theater as an actor, and then as a director. He staged more than ten performances in Nikolaev, Kiev and other cities.
Engaged in literary activities. The author of more than ten plays, most of which were staged in his native theater, as well as in theaters of Ukraine and the former USSR, including on the stages of Kiev and St. Petersburg. Published an author's playbook. In 1991 he graduated from the Higher Literary Courses of the Literary Institute. A. M. Gorky in Moscow. He was a member of the Writers' Unions of Ukraine and Russia.
