In accordance with the laws of the Lipetsk region No. 114-oz dated 02.07.2004 [3] and No. 126-oz dated September 23, 2004 [4] the Bolshekuzminsky village council is endowed with the status of a rural settlement, the boundaries of the municipality are established.
