Beijing International Film Festival ( Chinese trade. 北京 国际 电影 节 , English Beijing International Film Festival ) - the annual film festival founded in 2011, which takes place in Beijing ( China ). The festival is supported and sponsored by the government of Beijing Municipality. Since its founding, the festival has been visited by Hollywood stars, directors, producers and studio leaders [1] . As box office grossing of films in China is growing every year, the festival seeks to create a wide forum for interaction between Chinese and international film studios [2] .

2015 Festival
The 5th Beijing International Film Festival was held from April 16 to 23, 2015. The film “ Unbroken ” (or “The Battle for Sevastopol”) was presented from Ukraine in the Main Competition, whose actress Yulia Peresild received an award for Best Actress [3] . The best film was " The Beginning of Time " by Mexican director Bernardo Arellano .
