Biography
Born March 15, 1899 .
He served in the Red Army since 1920. Member of the Civil War in Russia. In 1923 he graduated from the Petrograd school of the Red Army command staff. In 1923-1932 he was the platoon, battery commander, assistant commander of the Georgian Rifle Division. In 1932-1941, he was an inspector, an assistant to the head of the division, and the chief of artillery training of the combat training department and the combat training department of the GUPV. He participated in the Soviet-Finnish war.
Member of the Great Patriotic War from the very beginning. At the end of 1941, he was sent to the Transcaucasian Front by the head of the combat section of the defense of the Main Caucasian Range. In 1941-1942 he was the chief of staff of the 2nd motorized rifle division for special purposes of the internal troops of the NKVD ; in the period from 01/04/1942 to October 1945 - the commander of the same division.
June 24, 1945 was the commander of the consolidated calculation of the 2nd motorized rifle division for special purposes of the NKVD internal troops at the historic Victory Parade [2] .
After the war, in 1946, he became the head of the Moscow Military School of the NKVD. He was in this position until 1959, when he was transferred to the reserve due to illness.
He died in May 1986. He was buried in Moscow at the Kuntsevsky cemetery .
