Biography
Born in with. Big Karay of the Saratov province . Primary education. Member of the RCP (b) since 1919 .
Until August 1930, he worked as chairman of the Kuban District Council of Trade Unions. From August 1930 to August 1931, executive secretary of the regional committee of the CPSU (b) of the Ingush Autonomous Region. From 02/08/1931 to 06/17/1932 executive secretary of the Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) of the Adygea Autonomous Region.
Subsequently, he became the head of the agricultural department of the Voronezh Oblast Executive Committee.
Arrested July 26, 1933 on charges of "counter-revolutionary agitation." On December 11, 1933, a troika at the OGPU of the North Caucasus Region was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
Further fate is not known.
