Immediately after the birth of Victor, the family moved to Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region, where Belkov began to play football. Pupil of the Sports School "Dynamo" Moscow , coach Arkady Chernyshev . As part of the Krasnogorsk "Zorkiy" champion of the Moscow region in 1948. He played in the field hockey championship . In 1950-1952 he played in the double of Moscow Dynamo, then moved to Dynamo Kiev , for which in 1953 he played 10 matches in class A, scored one goal. In 1954-1955 he played as part of the CDSA . In 1956, he was invited by Arkady Alov [2] to Leningrad Zenit , two years later he moved to Labor Reserves Lugansk at the invitation of Alexei Vodyagin , where he was re-qualified as a central defender from the central midfielder.
He played for the youth teams of Moscow and the RSFSR. As a member of the national team of Leningrad, he won 4th place at the Games of the Peoples of the USSR 1956 .
He graduated from the Kiev school of trainers (1953), in absentia Lugansk Pedagogical Institute (1963). Since 1963, he coached the Dynamo Kiev youth, in 1967-1989 he worked as the head of the children and youth sector of the Football Federation of the Ukrainian SSR. He worked as the head of the football and hockey department at DSO “Vanguard” Kiev. In 1990-1999 he coached the children’s team of the Republican School of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine. He worked as a head coach of the football department of the State Sports Committee of the Ukrainian SSR. Until 2000, he was an inspector of matches of the championship of Ukraine. Member of the Football Federation of Kiev (2001-2004). Member of the Board of FFU (2002). Veteran of labour. [3]
He died on April 27, 2006. He was buried in Kiev. [one]
