The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Tula Region of March 14, 2005 No. 555-ЗТО “On the renaming of the municipal formation“ the city of Bogoroditsk and the Bogoroditsky District ”of the Tula Region, the establishment of borders, the granting of status and the definition of the administrative centers of the municipal formations on the territory of the Bogoroditsky District of the Tula Region " [3] .
