Story

An arrogant and miserly merchant comes to the furrier and brings him one sheepskin. He wants a tailor to sew him a hat from this. Furrier is not against it, because there is nothing difficult. But the rich man soon changes his plans and asks to sew two, three, four, or even seven caps from the skins.

In the meantime, our familiar fellow appears, who, laughing at the folly and naivety of the rich man, decides to play a trick on him. He assures the buyer that it is not a problem to sew seven hats from a small sheep skin for a furrier. To this, the furrier confusedly agrees, why the merchant remains delighted. But when the next day the customer comes for finished products, then in a little tantrum he sees only seven small hats, which will not fit even on the nose. So greedy rich man remained rightly.
