Biography
Born November 12, 1997 in Greece . From the age of six, she took part in the filming of commercials. At the age of 8, Anastasia took part in the filming of the film “Angel's Heart”, in which she played the role of Mirela’s daughter Papaoykonom.
In 2008, Anastasia played in the comedy film “40 Κύματα” (40 kimata - 40 waves). Two years later, she played in the TV series "Island". In the same year, Anastasia played in the famous comedy Star Wars [1] .
At the age of 17, Anastasia Tsilimpiu played a major female role in the series “The Magnificent Century. Empire of Kösem » [2] [3] . The actress for the role of the young Machpeaker Kösem-Sultan was sought for over a year in many countries. The choice fell on the Greek actress Anastasia Tsilimpiu, who had previously played on the stage of the theater. At the time of filming, Anastasia moved to Istanbul , where she began to intensively learn Turkish . The series premiered in November 2015 . Anastasia played Kösem Sultan as a teenager.
Thanks to the role of Kösem, Anastasia Tsilimpiu has already become the highest paid actress in Greece: the monthly fee was 30 thousand Turkish liras [4] .
