Content
Story
The Soviet intelligence officer Aleksey Fedotov ( Pavel Kadochnikov ), under the name of Heinrich Eckert, is given the task of obtaining secret correspondence of General von Kun with Hitler’s headquarters in the occupied Vinnitsa . A brilliant professional not only performs the task, but, returning to his homeland, “grabs” the general himself.
The prototype of the protagonist is considered to be Soviet intelligence Nikolai Kuznetsov , who acted behind enemy lines under the guise of German officer Paul Siebert. In November 1943, in Rivne (Ukraine), N. I. Kuznetsov carried out an operation to capture and liquidate the commander of the eastern armies of the special purpose " Ostgroup " General von Ilgen .
