Three consecutive explosions occurred in the Lulu Fu market. At least 27 people became victims of the explosion, more than 80 were injured. Local media report that the number of victims may increase, as many passers-by received very serious injuries and are currently in intensive care. Since the beginning of February 2015, the troops of Chad, together with the forces of Nigeria and Niger, have been participating in the operation against the terrorist group Boko Haram , which continues to carry out border attacks in response to the military campaign. On November 9, the Government of Chad imposed a state of emergency on Lake Chad.
