Premier League 2007 is a major darts tournament organized by the Professional Darts Corporation ( English Professional Darts Corporation , PDC ). The tournament prize pool has increased by almost £ 100,000 compared to 2006. The total prize pool was £ 265,000, and the winner received £ 75,000. Turning on the eighth player meant that the number of game weeks increased from 10 to 14.

Phil Taylor continued his dominance in this tournament, winning the third title in a row. In fact, throughout the tournament, he did not suffer a single defeat and extended his overall series without defeat in the Premier League to 44 matches.

Members

The PDC awarded league seats to the top six players in their world rankings after the World Grand Prix in October 2006.

Terry Jenkins's victory in the semifinal over Peter Manley in Dublin provided the last automatic spot in the Premier League in favor of Wayne Mardle.

The remaining two places were determined with the help of “Wild Card” - the first one was awarded after the World Grand Prix Raymond van Barneveld, and the second one was awarded by Sky Sports home broadcaster Adrian Lewis ^[1] .
