Graduate of the Bashkir Republican boarding school № 1 named after Rami Garipov (1972) [2] . In 1972-1977 he studied at the university (he graduated from the Ufa Oil Institute with a degree in design and operation of gas and oil pipelines, gas storages and oil depots).
