Škoda 100

Škoda 100 and Škoda 110 - Czechoslovak small-class passenger cars with rear-engine layout, manufactured in 1969-1977. The successors of the Škoda 1000 MB , being their deep modernization. In total, 1,079,708 vehicles of this model were produced [1] .

This was the first Škoda model, which was released more than a million.

The engine capacity is 1.0 liter (Škoda 100) and 1.1 liter (Škoda 110) [2] .

After modernization, the model was replaced in 1976 by the Škoda 105/120 family.

In Culture

Škoda 100 is a car in which the protagonist of the song " Jožin z bažin " by Ivan Mladek and Banjo Band rides on a hike towards Orava, passing through Moravia .
