Geography
The settlement is located on both banks of the Iset River at the mouth of the right tributary of the Chukaiha River, 25 kilometers southwest of the village of Beloyarsky [3] and 70 kilometers from the city of Yekaterinburg . At 10 kilometers from Golovyrin is the railway station Maramzino .
History
The census of 1695 in the Kamyshevskaya Sloboda [4] (now the village of Kamyshevo, Beloyarsky district), in which there were 42 yards, marked the villages: Golovyrina (9 yards), Ust-Brusyanka (7 yards), Ryabinovka (1 yard) and Ust-Kamyshevka (4 yards). Before the revolution in Golovyrina, which was adjacent to the rich industrial village of Kamyshevo, a mill worked. In Soviet times, a barn, a sawmill, and a shop operated in the village. Currently, Golovyrina exists as a holiday village, the number of local residents is about 20 people.
