The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Chuvash Republic of November 24, 2004 No. 37 “On Establishing the Borders of the Municipal Formations of the Chuvash Republic and Empowering them with the Status of an Urban, Rural Settlement, Municipal District and Urban District” [3] .
