Geography
The village is located 5.7 km from the administrative center of the rural settlement - the village of Lulipany . The village stretched from west to east along the floodplain of the Izi Turshi River, which divides the village street into two sides with windows to the river.
History
The settlement was formed by immigrants from the village of Shirokovo, Vyatka province . In 1937, a collective farm named after Ukhtomsky was organized here (named after the Bolshevik A. Ukhtomsky, a steam locomotive driver who died in the revolution of 1905). In 1955, the collective farms named after Ukhtomsky, Malaya Rechka and Krasny Ray, were united into a single farm named after Ukhtomsky. [3]
