Geography
The village is located on the Borovaya River near the village of Mostovaya , northwest of Yekaterinburg and Nizhny Tagil and north of the Upper Tura cities and the center of the Kushva district, near the Goroblagodatskaya railway line - Fix link to Serov and not far from the regional road Yekaterinburg - Nizhny Tagil - Serov . There are no stops on the railway near the village, you can reach the neighboring cities by bus. There is no infrastructure in the village. The nearest hospital, school and shop are located in the city of Upper Tour .
Industry
In the villages of Borovaya and the neighboring village of Mostovaya, gold is mined. Every month, local residents of these villages, who took up this business after the dissolution of the Verkhneturinsky state farm, erase kilograms of gold from clay. Washing the rock here gives only 50 milligrams of gold. The mining of precious metal is seasonal, 43 specialists of the artel "Fart" are working on it.
