Biography
A graduate of the Donetsk Shakhtar Academy, where he was invited to watch after one of the games at the level of school football, as a result of which it turned out that he fully met the requirements for admission. From 2006 to 2010 he spent 73 matches and scored 22 goals in the DUFL championship , was the captain of the U-16 team [2] .
Club career
On March 14, 2010 he made his professional debut for Shakhtar-3 in the Second League . He played for the Pitmen's farm club until 2013, having a total of 72 meetings and scoring 3 goals in the championship and 1 match in the League Cup . In the end, Rostislav never played for the main team of Donetsk Shakhtar, having only 4 matches for the youth (U-21) team in the 2013/14 season , in which she became the silver medalist of the tournament. One of the reasons for an unsuccessful career in the Donetsk club was a serious injury, which Bagdasarov received during a bilateral training session at the end of one of the training sessions, and, according to the player himself, after this injury he began to look differently at football and life, it became instructive for him moment, made more reasonable and contributed to a more professional attitude towards football [3] .
In 2015, he played 8 meetings in the amateur championship of Ukraine for Kolos from Kovalevka, with whom he became the winner of the Makarov Memorial in January, after which in February he was watched at the Cherkasskiy Dnepr club, took part in sparring [4] , however in ended up staying at Kolos. Rostislav ended up at the club from Kovalevka at the invitation of the team’s head coach Ruslan Kostyshin after unsuccessful attempts to find a job from summer to winter 2014 [3] .
In July 2015, he joined the Dneprodzerzhinsk Steel team, for whose main team he made his debut on August 21 of that year in an away cup match against Cherkassk Dnipro, replacing Alexander Kozak in the 59th minute of the meeting [5] , and on November 28 first played in the Premier League , leaving the starting lineup of the team in an away match against Lugansk “ Dawn ”, in which he played 60 minutes, after which he was replaced by Yuri Putrash [6] . January 24, 2016 it became known that Rostislav left Steel, along with another team player Vladimir Gomenyuk [7] . In total, for the Dneprodzerzhinsky club, he spent 1 match in the championship, 1 meeting in the Ukrainian Cup and 12 matches in which he scored 1 goal in the youth championship .
On February 4, 2016, information appeared that Bagdasarov was in the training camp at that time as the leader of the Second League tournament “Kolos” from Kovalevka, for which the player had previously played at an amateur level in the first half of 2015 [8] . On February 22, he officially became a player in Kolos, signing a contract for 2 years [9] . He made his debut in the championship on March 26 in an away match against Kiev Arsenal .

From 2008 to 2009 he played for the youth team of Ukraine under 16 years old , scored 2 goals in 13 matches. From 2009 to 2010 he played for the national team until the age of 17 , held 12 meetings. In 2010, he took part in 4 matches of the team under 18 years old .
