Career
He began his career in 2007 as part of Dynamo Dushanbe. In 2008, he moved to one of the strongest clubs in Tajikistan - Istiklol. In 2015, he returned to Tajikistan and now again stands for Istiklol. With Istiklol, he won several national and international titles, including the 2012 AFC President's Cup .
He played for the youth and youth national team. In 2007, for the first time he was called into the national team of Tajikistan. At the end of November 2015, Fathulloev played in the national team of Tajikistan in 48 matches and scored 8 goals.
